Miller Library is a neutral space that anyone can use, and the staff is holding new events this year to get more students involved around campus. They have “Knit & Crochet Hour” on Wednesdays from 12-1 p.m. in the Maker Space, a monthly, “Bring Your Own Book” club whose next meeting is Monday, Oct. 17 from 12-1p.m. in the second floor group room. There is a puzzle table on the main floor for anyone looking to decompress, and a MIY (make-it-yourself) Supply Cabinet containing different items students can use to make a craft or mess around with playdoh.

The library supplies multiple different services for students like the Writing Center, which is back in person this year. The hours are 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 7 to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11:30 a.m. to 1p.m. on Fridays, and 7 t0 10 p.m. on Sundays.

Career Services has a Resource Shelf located just outside their office that provides students with books on job hunting, resume writing, college success, among others. The library also has textbook reserves (books that a teacher assigns for your class) that a student can check out for a couple hours, free computer access, study rooms, and free printing. Miller Library’s hours have changed back to being open until midnight Sunday through Thursday.
