MLB opening day is an exciting day for baseball fans everywhere; it marks the start of a new season of major league baseball. The first game occurs in March and often features last year’s champions. The game usually happens in the late afternoon, and all the fans are cheering, and the stadium is always bouncing. Everyone in that stadium knows that the love of baseball is in the air.
The opening day ceremonies are always exciting as well; teams will prepare their stadium with flashy introductions and special presentations that get the crowd even more excited for the season. Sometimes, there will be celebrity guests who throw the first pitch to either shock the crowd with their unexpected athletic capabilities or give the crowd a good laugh by throwing the ball into the backstop. Either way, it’s an exciting occurrence.
The festivities start even before the game with pre-game parties and even some crazy tailgating action, even after the game the party doesn’t end for a lot of fans opening day as an exciting event that takes a spot on their calendar, but for everyone opening day is about optimism seeing what your favorite team is going to do for the season, No matter what it’s always a great time and everyone should try and catch Last year’s winners the dodgers in Tokyo On march 27.
