Hailing from Wheat Ridge High School in Golden, Colorado, Hannah McKay is one of the veteran players on the McPherson Women’s Soccer team. In her four-year tenure as a Bulldog, McKay has found herself with a lot of playing time. Since 2018, McKay has played in 54 games, and in those games, she has managed to score one goal. That may not sound like a lot, but as a defender, goals come few and far between. When asked what this season meant to her, McKay said: “The season has meant a lot to me because its my senior year. The program has changed for the better over my four years here, and I’m glad I could play a part in the growth.” McKay is double majoring in Psychology and Sociology with minors in Religion and Philosophy. After graduating, she plans to get a Master’s degree in Social Work and finish her education with a Juris Doctorate. Hannah McKay will graduate in May 2022.
